The adaptive reuse of an existing space into a five-unit in Belgrade is based on a clearly defined spatial organization and a strong interior identity.

Through carefully articulated spatial sequences, the interior is conceived as a layered composition where color, texture, and light intersect. A combination of warm materials, graphic surfaces, and precisely detailed elements creates an atmosphere that is both intimate and character driven.

Beyond shaping a contemporary hospitality environment, the project deliberately defines its future guests, those who identify with a strong sense of place, tactile materiality, and a distinctive design language.

We open the new year and a renewed focus with a project that frames contemporary ways of working through architecture, flexibility, and a clearly articulated brand identity.

We present the flagship office space of , conceived as an open and adaptable work environment that supports multiple modes of work from collaboration and creative processes to focused individual tasks and everyday team dynamics. The spatial organization is structured through a precise balance of open work areas, creative rooms, and shared zones, defined by a strong industrial expression, exposed installations, and carefully controlled materiality.

The project is designed with the intention for the workspace to go beyond pure functionality and act as an active carrier of the company’s brand identity, values, and internal culture.

A return to the platform and the beginning of a new series of projects.

Our upcoming redevelopment project aims to transform an old city uninhabitable house to a modern family one.

The applied architectural language tends to respect the original shapes carefully defining the proportion between preserved and newly designed house unity.

Design itself, above all, revaluets the aesthetics of traditionally used material - brick, combining it with the profiled metal sheet envelope.

Non-negotiating with the commitment to sustainable projects, providing the best solutions for our clients' needs, heat pump, rainwater harvesting cisterns and solar panels are incorporated as well.
