In addition to the Olympic sized pool, indoor gym, and on site restaurant & bar, we have also recently added some amazing new facilities including a tennis court, all weather basketball court, a fitness zone, 3 new swimming pools, a childrens’ play area, and some landscaped walkways and seating areas. BOGAZ HARBOUR TOWN
Sunrise Beach Club and Seaview Resort are located less than a 5 minute drive from the town centre.
Bogaz Harbour Town is a fishing village in a beautiful costal area on the East coast of North Cyprus. The beauty of Bogaz is that despite its numerous restaurants, bars and local amenities, the working harbour has kept both its charm and character. Fishing boats head to sea every morning to catch the local fish and return in the afternoon with their haul to sell to the local restaurants, but in addition it also now offers scuba diving and boat tours around the island from this lovely Cypriot stone harbour. New bars and restaurants have opened to cater for the ever growing and varied population of English, Lebanese, Russian and Scandanavian visitors. There is also a beautiful beach club if you fancy a change from sitting in front of the sea at Sunrise Beach Club. One thing is for sure, Bogaz still is that charming and warm harbour town that was built many years before we were born.
FAMAGUSTA CITY
Around a 15 minute drive from Sunrise Beach Club and Seaview Resort is the City and Interntaional Port of Famagusta. Whether it’s site seeing around the ancient city, shopping amongst the many bazaars and arcades, or relaxing on the beach, Famagusta is within easy reach from either of our 2 resorts in Bogaz.
GETTING TO NORTH CYPRUS
There are 2 simple ways to get to North Cyprus:
1) Fly to Larnaca or Paphos airport on the south of the island which is part of the EU and then cross over the border into North Cyprus. Many Lebanese citizens have French or Canadian passport in addition to their Lebanese ones, so if you hold either of these passports then you will be able to freely travel to South Cyprus and then on to North Cyprus. If you have a Shengen Visa you will also be able to fly to Larnaca or Paphos in the South of Cyprus.
2) Fly to Turkey and then to North Cyprus. Lebanese passport holders can travel to Turkey and North Cyprus with just their Lebanese passports, no visa is required. There are 3 Turkish airline companies that fly from Lebanon to North Cyprus: Turkish Airlines, Pegasus, AtlasJet. We can arrange the flight tickets for you if you have not used these airlines before. All 3 have online booking facilities.
RESIDENCY IN NORTH CYPRUS
Through our successful North Cyprus immigration agency Turimex Ltd, we are able to assist in arranging residency in North Cyprus for all Lebanese citizens. The first step is to buy a freehold property and then secure temporary residency status in North Cyprus. Once this has been done we are able to ‘fast track’ your application to become a permanent resident in North Cyprus; the application can be completed whilst you are in Leabanon. Once completed the residency grants you the freedom to live in North Cyprus.
WHY BUY IN NORTH CYPRUS ?
Well there are many reasons but it all depends on your objective. Prices in South Cyprus are nearly 3 times as expensive as the North and with The Cyprus Solution in its last phase, a huge lift in prices in the North is definitely coming so buying now allows you to get into the market whilst property prices are still affordable. Turkey has recently invested over 5 billion$ into North Cyprus infrastructure with new roads on the island, a number of super hotel/casinos just built, and a water pipe extending across the sea from Turkey to North Cyprus; clearly Turkey has some amazing plans for North Cyprus’s future. Finally with South Cyprus already in the European Union, the logical next step is for North Cyprus to also join, and with this any resident will have automatic travel within the EU region.
