TO RENOVATE OR NOT TO RENOVATE, THIS IS THE QUESTION.

For Home owners and businesses alike, in today's financial environment, this is becoming a puzzling question.

Should I or shouldn't I renovate? Should I go all the way or should I just "patch-up" the place?

For starters, "patching-up" is excactly that! At the end of the day it will be a waste of time and money. Furthermore, the dissapointment of the end result when someone tries to "save money" very big.

But how and when someone knows that it is time for a renovation?

For Businesses, I would say, it is rather easier to know the answer : When a business, no matter if they didn't lower their quality of their product or service and if they kept their advertising budget the same, dropping down in sales or in customer interest, is a sign that it is time to "freshen-up"!

After all, in today's ever changing world of new fashion and new trends, it is understantable that the customers want something new, a change!

For Home owners, the customer is the home owners themselves! When it becomes wary and boring to return back home, after a hard day's work, then it is time to renovate!

Another significant sign is the current physical stage of the property. If the property in question, is worn out, or has damages of any nature, then the value of it, as an investment, gets into jeopardy.

If left without the proper renovation in due time, it could also maximize the problem, thus, adding up to the final cost of renovation, if it is done in a later time.

In both cases, the owners of a private property or a business, once they start feeling that it might be the time they renovate and take care of their property, they should get in touch with a Renovation Specialist and share their thoughts.

A Renovation Specialist can easily evaluate the situation and offer advice and a much valued costing, which will lead to an easier descision making.

Bubbles Club.

One of Intelink Indeco's latest Club Renovations is shaking up Limassol Downtown.
Bubbles Club opened its doors in May 2012, right after Interlink Indeco's Renovation and can't be shut down!
The combination of a fresh design look, enclosed in a beautiful stone building in the heart of Limassol Old town and the great atmosphere the Bubble's team offer to their guests, young and old (like myself), can't be missed.

We are proud to have been a part of the creation.

How "Bold" can you go?

Color and Shape. Two Major Design Elements which play such an important role in the Design of any space. Used in the right content and proportion can create spectacular effects.

What makes the right proportion, what are the factors which make up the parameters in which a designer creates the space and who and what decides the "right" color and shape combination?

Is going "bold" the right answer? Is now the time that people are ready to accept Bold Colours, like the good old times?

My personal opinion is that is about time we bring colour in our life!

Let's be Bold then. Worse case scenario, white paint will start selling good!
