We meet the global trend for energy efficiency by providing architecture with the most comprehensive solution for the problem – Net-Zero Building and Passive House (Passivhaus). The energy savings of a building designed or retrofitted according to the principles of the Passive House can reach beyond 90%. We hold a Certified Passive House Designer license and as architects we actively promote the standard of the Passive House in Cyprus. Our experience in Cyprus

The architectural office was founded in Limassol, Cyprus, in 1998 as D. Nicolaides Partnership. Following its expansion in 2003 the office was named Nicolaides Viana Partnership. The experience collected through the years from designing hundreds of buildings results in the accuracy with which we find professional solutions for our clients.
