We Are Hiring | IQONA ARCHITECTS – Nicosia, Cyprus

Join our dynamic studio and help shape landmark projects across Cyprus and beyond. We’re seeking four talented professionals to grow with us:

•Senior Architect (7–10 years’ experience)

- Proven leadership from concept through delivery
- Proficient in Revit (mandatory)
- Expertise in high-end residential, hospitality & mixed-use projects
- Strong design voice & team-management skills

‌

•Project Architect (3–5 years’ experience)

- Solid experience in design development & technical coordination
- Proficient in Revit (mandatory)
- Day-to-day project management & site supervision
- Ability to produce clear, coordinated construction documentation

‌

•BIM & CAD Coordinator

- Oversee and manage BIM and CAD standards, protocols, and workflows across all architectural projects.
- Provide technical support and training to design teams using Revit, AutoCAD, and other related tools.
- Develop and implement BIM Ex*****on Plans (BEP) and project-specific workflows.
- Coordinate the integration of models from various disciplines, perform clash detections, and manage data exchange between consultants and teams.
- Develop and maintain a centralized digital content library and ensure consistency across project files.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure model accuracy and deliverables.

•Architectural Intern

- Recent graduate
- Eager to learn and contribute to live projects
- Mentor-guided tasks: Architectural Drawings, 3D visuals , documentation
- Knowledge in Autocad, Sketchup, Adobe Suite
