Marathefti Architects Studio LLC announces a vacancy job for civil engineer, on the behalf of a new Real Estate company in Cyprus, focusing on the development of high tech, environmentally friendly office buildings. Currently it has 4 buildings in Limassol and Nicosia going through the design and authorization process and are looking to enlarge the team with a civil engineer with 3-5 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the design of the projects, and monitoring the consultants’ compliance with budget and timelines.
• Monitor the project’s key parameters
• Oversee and review technical drawings and specifications and propose cost efficient alternatives.
• Monitor and facilitate the project ex*****on, project administration, correspondence, flow of information and data
• Attend progress and technical meetings and perform site inspections.
• Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status.
• Oversee delivery and commissioning.
Qualifications:
• University Degree in Civil Engineering
• Previous experience in similar position.
• Knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD)
• English Language is mandatory
