Konstantinou Elia Residence is a 3 bedroom luxury house with a swimming pool situated in Engomi area of Nicosia Cyprus. The design and supervision of this project is commissioned to our architect Alexandros Fereos. The basic requirement for this house was to maintain the cost under 300.000 euro and the total closed are of the house under 225sqm. The relatively small area of the plot created a challenge to provide as much possible garden area as possible. Designed to keep the family private from the public road the house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a modest swimming pool. The spaces inside are perfectly arranged to provide comfort and unity with the exterior. Positioned facing north it also provides natural shade in the garden where the pergola provides a nice atmosphere for relaxing evenings.
