Christiana Karagiorgi studied Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). She received her MA in Digital Forms of Arts of the Athens School of Fine Arts (ASFA). She participated in several artistic Events in Greece (Image & Sound Festival of Athens Technopolis and ASFA- 2006, Athens Videocollective Festival 2005, etc) with some of her Video Art /multimedia projects. She als
o participated in several Architectural Competitions in Greece, Cyprus and αbroad for some of which she was nominated. From 2007 to 2010 she worked at Kokkinou+Kourkoulas Architecture Studio, collaborating with her former professors Andreas Kourkoulas and John Peponis. In 2011 she returned to her hometown Paphos where she now works at her own Architectural Studio. Her studies in Architecture, Aesthetics and Theory of Design as well as her wide view in Arts and Contemporary Culture - combined with her experience in design detail and construction- compliment a dynamic /multidisciplinary approach towards Architecture practice.
