Sans Soucis Residence — Nicosia

Designed for a private New York family of four brothers and their sister, Sans Soucis Residence reflects a timeless architectural approach rooted in material integrity and quiet sophistication.

The building is fully clad in natural travertine marble, Cypriot stone, and HPL wood paneling — creating a layered façade of warmth, durability, and refined texture. Clean geometries, deep balconies, and carefully framed openings give the building a strong yet elegant presence within its urban context.

Two homes. One architectural gesture.

These semi-detached houses were conceived as a unified composition — moving beyond the typical approach of paired homes with different identities. Instead, they read as a single, calm architectural statement — balanced, precise, and intentional.

The repetition is deliberate.
The symmetry is purposeful.
The result is a stronger presence on the street and a more refined living environment for both homes.

Clean volumes, deep frames, vertical screening, and warm natural materials come together to create a quiet yet confident identity — not as two houses, but as one cohesive project.
