Good morning!

🌻This tall display cabinet was done some time ago. I'm happy we managed to cure the wood as it was really damages by sandblasting.
🌻So sandblasting as you can see on the first part of the reel is not the best option for wood.
It was a lot of sanding and paint wahing the wood so I could cover all the discoloration and pores but finally the result was worth all the work.

Let's focus on details of this gossip bench.
The perfect fabric is not an easy task.

My client asked to find a vintage fabric with soul; delicate,easy to clean and with character.
And this one seems to be a perfect choice. Gobelin fabric which is woven,not printed. Beacuse the fabric is the second hand item as well - it's loved and very useful again🌿

Now, in its new flowery version it will have a place in her home and remind her of someone she loves very much.

A small glimpse of what I’ve been working on recently.
I’ll just say that this piece of furniture will become another memory of a loved family member🤍
It will remind my client of her grandmother and I hope it will remain a part of their space for long time😊
This is exactly what gives meaning to restoring old furniture for me.

Beautiful sunny monday here,in Cyprus.
These high bar chairs are still available for sale. Painted in olive green, made of solid pine wood. I'm happy I could give them a makeover, just look at the second picture and what a difference,right?
