JOB OFFER : SECRETARY FOR AN ARCHİTECTURAL FIRM
General Purpose :
Contact German exhibitor firms which will participate in trade fairs by telephone and email in order to aquire new clients. We are looking for a motivated individual that will be a part of the team.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Contact German exhibitors which will participate trade fairs in Turkey by telephone and email in order to design their stand
• Explain the stand design process and installation services to exhibitors as potential clients
• Relay the informations to Choral design team.
• Share “the Design Projects” to the clients.
• Assist the fabrication and installation of the stands that will be held in Germany.
• Organize the whole design and installation process of the stands with Choral design team.
Education and Experience:
• Knowledge in sales and marketing principles and strategies
• Relevant work experience in marketing
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• Knowledge of English and German language mandatory

Type of Employment :
• Part – time position 45 hours per month.
Type of Salary
• Base payment of salary with bonus payment.
