Not every patient walks into your practice at the same fitness level. So why treat them all with the same protocol?
ZStim offers five pre-defined training levels, each targeting a different physiological goal.
Level 1 is designed for beginners or patients returning after a long break. The focus is on blood flow, muscle reactivation, and building endurance. Gentle start, solid foundation.
Level 2 and 3 are built for patients who work out occasionally, anywhere from once a week to a few times a week. Both target firming and toning. Level 3 is the natural progression once a patient has completed a Level 2 course.
Level 4 steps up to muscle volume. This is the protocol for athletic patients with a consistent training background.
Level 5 is reserved for patients who train intensively, bodybuilders included. Maximum volume stimulus.
Define your own workout level with ZStim. The patient controls their own intensity via remote during the session. That single detail makes compliance significantly easier to achieve.
