Nordlands P-hus står nu færdigt i Ørestad!

Tegnet af og beklædt med lokalt ålegræs, fortæller facaden historien om Amagers kystlinje – før Ørestad blev landfast. Med duft, tekstur og stilhed skaber materialet en sanselig oplevelse midt i byen.

I stedet for kolde betonflader inviterer ålegræsset til et blødt, bæredygtigt og ærligt møde med byen – og ændrer forestillingen om, hvad et P-hus kan være.

Nordland Arkitekter, in collaboration with LYTT Architecture, has prepared a feasibility study for the future urban space, buildings and river baths at Flodlejet in Randers Municipality.

The new urban space will combine climate protection and access to the water in connection with the existing Randers Streetfood building. The ambition is to create a green, recreational oasis in the heart of Flodbyen and in relation to the larger climate protection effort, Klimabåndet.

In this context, Nordland has prepared a sketch study as part of an overall feasibility study that Randers Municipality has prepared in collaboration with Grandville.

Our proposal for a new temporary church in Nordhavn offers both a new framework for communities of faith as well as new spaces for many of the city's other activities. The concept refers to outstretched hands turned towards the sky - creating a safe, embracing framing of the church space between the "palms".

The project is driven by a vision of green solutions and of creating an optimal framework for employees daily life.

The new building is tailored to DLF’s wish to have a sustainable, socially responsible building, where the focus is on using sustainable materials, in addition to optimizing and reducing energy consumption.

Nordland Arkitekters arbejde med det nye parkerings- og aktivitetshus Kulhuset i Aarhus rykker fremad.

En ny lokalplan udarbejdet af rådgivergruppen, forventes snart at komme i offentlig høring og vil bane vejen for det ca. 24.500 kvm store parkeringshus med plads til op til 800 biler fordelt på 5 etager.

Lokalplanen vil sikre, at parkeringshuset bidrager stærkt til bylivet i området, og at projektets tagflade foldes ned mod tilstødende byrum, så der skabes en forbindelse hen over husets tag.

Lokalplanen giver desuden mulighed for, at der i dele af parkeringshuset kan etableres udadvendte funktioner som caféer og butikker.

Parkeringshuset skal bygges hen over et eksisterende jernbanespor, der gennembryder huset i de nedre etager.
Projektet er tegnet af Nordland Arkitekter, der også har været totalrådgiver på opgaven.

Projektet er lavet i samarbejde med MOE som ingeniører og som landskabsarkitekt.

We are happy to share the completion of four new apartments for our wonderful client . By converting underutilized attic space, the project takes a sustainable approach to urban densification.

Looking back at our proposal for the new National Floating Museum and Competence Center for Wetlands in Fetsund, Norway. At the centre of the building there is a magnificent flexible exhibition space with a view of the surrounding landscape. This exhibition area under the undulating roof creates a strong synergy between the indoor exhibitions and the surrounding nature that the museum is centered on.

The placement of the new Urnes World Heritage Centre in the landscape is based on four main architectural and landscape principles:
- Leave no scars in the landscape.
- Be subordinate to the existing landscape and the curvature of the terrain.
- Be in keeping with the locality and the existing buildings in terms of scale, materiality and construction techniques.
- Complement rather than compete with the Stave Church.
