Today, Crown Prince Christian inaugurated Queen Margrethe II’s Bridge 🥳

It has been a tremendous pleasure to work on everything from the pylon and alignment to the specially designed bronze letters of the bridge name signage.

Congratulations to Denmark on the new connection between Zealand and Falster 🇩🇰 🎈
P.S. I hope the architect’s original hand sketch finds its way safely to Her Majesty and that she enjoys it.

Rethinking and transforming the headquarters of Lederne in Copenhagen — a typical 1980s/90s office building — by working with its existing potential rather than demolishing.
The project highlights the huge, often overlooked potential in existing buildings and explores how current resources can shape future workplaces.
Thanks to Lederne for the trust — and to for supporting the testing of bio-based insulation materials.

The Storstrøm Bridge is conceived as an integrated sculptural ensemble—its sweeping curve, paired spans, and 102 m pylon give it a clear, distinctive form.

The piers are faceted and each rotated slightly along the circular line, producing a shifting play of light and shadow as one moves past them. Their profiles are optimized to minimize material, reduce hydraulic disturbance, and satisfy static demands, while the pylon rises like a sculptural mast, its axis offset in section to suggest a taut sail.
