Anna has arrived!

Christmas came early last year with the arrival of Anna – our first official Activation Designer. With a background in Interactive Design from DMJX and several years of agency experience, she brings a sense of completion – and wonderful calmness – to our design team.

Constantly exploring new avenues of expression outside work, she dabbles in knitting, sewing, drawing, cooking, and making her own kombucha. As they (almost) say: if you stay activated, you never have to get activated.

AI in Science or AIS25 is a two-day conference in Copenhagen, organised by the University of Copenhagen and the Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The event explores the applications and implications of AI in science across the EU.

We developed a visual identity grounded in the themes of unity, movement, and clarity, subtly referencing stable diffusion and quantum mechanics. We also assisted with a core narrative to guide communication across all platforms.

Pigeraketten is all about fun, friendship, and football. No pressure. No barriers. Just a chance for girls aged 5-9 to try out football, whatever their level.

Set in a fun space universe, it introduces the girls to football through fantastic space missions and gives them a welcoming first experience with their local club.

We have had the distinct pleasure of working closely with DBU Sjælland on a complete rebrand of Pigeraketten and are over the moon with the result.

Wayfinding refresh for Københavns Professionshøjskole, KP (University College Copenhagen)

How do you create a signage system that not only helps people find their way - but also feels like an integral part of a brand?

That was the challenge with University College Copenhagen, Denmark’s leading university for teacher education, nursing, social work, and early childhood education.

Located in the newly developed Carlsberg City District, Campus Carlsberg is the newest of KP’s seven campuses. With its industrial architecture and vibrant student life, the campus called for a refreshed wayfinding system — one that would improve navigation while seamlessly reflecting the KP brand.

We developed a revitalised wayfinding concept, including a design guide and a refined set of pictograms that support both intuitive navigation and KP’s visual identity — breathing new life into the brand in the physical environment.

A big thanks to Københavns Professionshøjskole and Søren Höffner for the great collaboration.

A soft, warm grey palette brings calm and clarity, while the sharp yellow accent adds energy, direction and strength. The new logo represents movement and scaling - characteristics that frame their actions.

This year has seen the birth of a new museum coalition – Museum Vest, comprised of the previous Sydvestjyske Museer and Fiskeri- og Søfartsmuseet in Esbjerg.
The new Museum Vest represents a multifaceted and distinct part of Denmark where rugged nature and human willpower is part of the regional fabric.

Be the change

History is serious business. You don’t fool around with an institution as old and renowned as the Royal Danish Academy. You don’t go with gut feelings or current design trends. Instead, you double down on research, park your ego and go all in on co-creating a change that is respectful and dignified but still has the foresight and relevance needed to sustain the next chapter of history.

That was what we aimed for, when we developed the new name and visual identity for the Royal Danish Academy in 2021. We were aware, that we were standing on the shoulders of design giants – and so we revitalized the giants and crafted an identity with a strong sense of legitimacy and authority worthy of the Academy.
