This is what a great investment cooperation between the property owner and us can look like:

One of our longtime clientes (property owner) decided to further invest in the DR. We helped him find the right property, guided him through the process, and fully furnished and decorated this stunning new built villa for him. It was specificly designed for the concept of a short term rental investment property, that he someday can sell with hopefully a big profit - if he wishes to! Untill that day our renters absolutely love that villa. Same as the owner himself when he stays during his visits 😎🌴

Guest Service and maids/properties controlling (ES/EN)

Schedule:
Mo-Fr 07.30 - 17.30 (1.5h lunch break)
Sa 07.45 - 12.00

Transport:
Own transportation (car, moto, pasola) is a condition. Expenses for gasolina will be covered, maintenance/repairs participation.

Job:
Fulfill all tasks in relation with our guest and client service (check-in/out, guest assistance, registrations, control maids/cleaning, control properties, report repairs etc.)

We are looking for a motivated person, who wants to join our team and become a part of our company on a long term basis. Must be fluent in english and spanish, have drive and motivation, be a good organizer/planer, and have a talent in dealing with people (staff and guests). The job is all about keeping our quality standards up and offering the best service possible to our guests and clients. Also to the difficult ones ;)

Only dominicans or residents (valid working permit for DR). We are not hiring anyone without valid working permit/residencia for DR.
