تصميم نادي ومكاتب في البرتغال
يُعيد المشروع إحياء مساحة تاريخية في الطابق الأرضي بمدينة لشبونة، لتحويلها إلى بيئة عمل راقية ومتعددة الوظائف تجمع بين متطلبات المكاتب المعاصرة والطابع المعماري التاريخي للمبنى. تم تنظيم الفضاء إلى ثلاث مناطق رئيسية: مكتب LX Launch المرن والمخصص للعمل التعاوني، ومكتب Fresh Law الرسمي الممتد على مستويين ويضم فضاءات تنفيذية وإدارية، إضافة إلى قاعة مركزية مخصصة للعمل المشترك والفعاليات، صُممت لتتكيف بسلاسة بين الاستخدام اليومي والأنشطة الاجتماعية. كما تتكامل هذه المساحات مع منطقة استراحة تحتوي على مطبخ صغير ومرافق خاصة توفر أجواءً أكثر هدوءًا وراحة.يعتمد التصميم على تحقيق توازن دقيق بين التراث والحداثة من خلال استخدام مواد طبيعية مثل الحجر والخشب، إلى جانب لمسات معدنية راقية تمنح المكان طابعًا دافئًا وفخمًا. وقد ساهمت التدخلات المعمارية المدروسة، مثل التوسعة الجزئية للميزانين وتنظيم العناصر الإنشائية، في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للمساحة مع الحفاظ على جودة الإضاءة الطبيعية وهوية المبنى التاريخية. وفي المجمل، يهدف المشروع إلى خلق فضاء عمل مميز يدعم الإنتاجية والتعاون والتفاعل الاجتماعي ضمن بيئة معمارية تجمع بين الأصالة والرؤية المعاصرة.

The project transforms a historic ground-floor space in Lisbon into a sophisticated, multi-functional workplace that combines contemporary office functionality with the character of the existing architecture. The layout is organized into three main zones: the flexible LX Launch office for collaborative work, the more formal two-level Fresh Law office with executive and team spaces, and a central co-working and event hall designed to adapt seamlessly between daily operations and social gatherings. Complementing these areas, a lounge with kitchenette and private amenities provides a relaxed and restorative atmosphere.The design carefully balances heritage and modernity through the use of natural stone, wood, and metallic accents, creating a warm and refined environment. Architectural interventions such as a partial mezzanine extension and aligned structural elements optimize functionality while preserving natural light and the integrity of the historic volume. Overall, the project delivers a distinctive workspace that supports productivity, collaboration, and social interaction within a timeless architectural setting.

تصميم حديقة لفيلا
يهدف المقترح إلى إنشاء فضاء خارجي بطابع متوسطي/إيطالي خالد ينسجم بشكل طبيعي مع الهوية التاريخية لعمارة المنزل ذات الطراز الإسباني التقليدي. ويركز التصميم على خلق مساحات هادئة ومتوازنة مع إطلالات مدروسة بعناية وروابط بصرية متناغمة بين العمارة والمناظر الطبيعية.تم اعتماد تشكيلة نباتية بسيطة وقليلة الصيانة، تعتمد على أنواع متوسطية مقاومة ومستدامة مثل أشجار الزيتون، الأغاف، اللافندر والسالفيا، بهدف تحقيق أجواء طبيعية وأصيلة مع سهولة الصيانة على المدى الطويل.كما تم إيلاء اهتمام خاص لتكوين العناصر الصلبة من خلال استخدام المواد الطبيعية والخطوط المعمارية المنحنية التي تعزز الهوية الرومانسية المتوسطية للمشروع. وتم دمج الحجر الطبيعي في حواف الدرجات والانتقالات المعمارية الرئيسية، إضافة إلى توزيع الحصى والعناصر الحجرية ضمن المساحات الخضراء لإضفاء الدفء والاستمرارية البصرية والملمس الطبيعي.
ويقترح التصميم استخدام تتويج بالحجر الطبيعي أعلى جدار التراس الجديد، ليس فقط لتعزيز الطابع المتوسطي، بل أيضاً لحماية الجدار من تسرب المياه والعوامل المناخية، مما يساهم في زيادة متانته واستدامته مع مرور الوقت.

The proposal creates a timeless Mediterranean/Italian outdoor environment that complements the historic Spanish Revival architecture of the house. The design emphasizes calm, balanced spaces with carefully framed views and strong visual connections between architecture and landscape.
The landscape palette is intentionally simple and low-maintenance, using durable Mediterranean species such as olive trees, agaves, lavender, and salvia to achieve an authentic and sustainable atmosphere.
Natural materials and curved architectural forms play a key role in reinforcing the romantic Mediterranean identity of the project. Natural stone is integrated into steps, terrace transitions, and landscape elements, while gravel and stone textures provide warmth, continuity, and definition throughout the outdoor spaces.
A natural stone coping is proposed for the new terrace wall to enhance the Mediterranean aesthetic while protecting the structure from water infiltration and weathering, improving long-term durability.

تصميم مسجد في الولايات المتحدة
يمزج هذا المسجد بين العمارة الإسلامية التقليدية والأناقة العصرية. يتميز بقبتين متماثلتين ومئذنتين طويلتين مزخرفتين بنقوش هندسية دقيقة وشاشات مشربية. تشمل الواجهة أقواساً مدببة وأبواباً خشبية منحوتة وزخارف من الخط العربي للآيات القرآنية. يُضفي استخدام الحجر الفاتح والخشب والتفاصيل الزخرفية جوًّا روحانيًا وهادئًا. يركّز التصميم على التناسق، والإضاءة الطبيعية، ومدخل محاط بمناظر طبيعية ترحيبية.

This mosque blends traditional Islamic architecture with modern elegance. It features two symmetrical domes and twin tall minarets, decorated with intricate geometric patterns and lattice screens. The façade includes pointed arches, carved wooden doors, and Quranic calligraphy. The light-colored stone exterior, combined with wood and ornamental detailing, creates a serene and spiritual atmosphere. The design emphasizes symmetry, natural light, and a welcoming landscaped entrance.

تصميم جزيرة خاصة بمساحة 12 فدان في جزر الباهاما
لتصميم مكان جميل ومريح للاسترخاء والاستمتاع، طرحنا أولاً سؤالًا مهمًا: ما الذي يجعل المكان رائعًا؟
تم تصميم المفهوم الرئيسي لتحقيق هذا الجواب. المكان الرائع يجب أن يوفر مجموعة متنوعة من الأنشطة. للحفاظ على زيارة الناس والعودة مرة أخرى. لذا، تم انعكاس ذلك في تصميم المناطق الخضراء المستمرة والمنحنية والأنشطة المركزية في كل قسم من أقسام المنتجع.
يتضمن التصميم 22 شالي فوق الماء، و36 فيلا/جناحًا في المنتجع، و14 فيلا فاخرة خاصة، جميعها متصلة بخطوط تدفق دائرية مستوحاة من طبيعة الأرض والبيئة المحيطة. بالإضافة إلى ساحة خضراء مركزية توفر أنشطة ممتعة للمستخدمين للتجمع والاستمتاع.

To design a nice comfortable place for relaxing and enjoying, we first asked an important question
What makes a great place?
The main concept was designed in order to achieve this answer. A great place will offer a variety of activities. To keep people coming and visiting again. So this reflected in the design of curvy continuous. Green areas and central activities in each section of the resort. The Design offers 22 overwater bungalows, 36 Villa/Suites Resort, 14 Luxury private villas all connected with fluid loop circulation lines inspired by the site land and surrounding environment. In Addition to central green plaza provides enjoying activities for users to gather and having fun.

تصميم مركز ترفيهي في أويسترباي، تنزانيا.
نهدف إلى إنشاء مركز يقدم خدمة عالية الجودة، حيث يمكن قضاء الوقت بشكل فعّال وممتع. وقد استخدمنا في التصميم الخارجي مواد جمالية تتناسب مع موقع المشروع والظروف المناخية.أثناء تصميم الواجهة الخارجية، قمنا بتنظيم الوحدات المختلفة على شكل كتل معمارية مستقلة، مع الفصل بينها باستخدام الطوب والخشب والخرسانة والفولاذ. كما قمنا بتحويل المساحة القائمة إلى كتلة بيضاء موحّدة.حرصنا على تنظيم حركة المركبات والمشاة بشكل فعّال من خلال نقاط مدروسة، كما قمنا بتحديد المداخل بوضوح ضمن التصميم. وعملنا بعناية على عناصر التنظيم الخارجي مثل المداخل الرئيسية، ومداخل السيارات، ومواقف السيارات، وتنسيق الموقع (اللاندسكيب).كما ركزنا على خلق بيئة مريحة وهادئة بصريًا عند تنظيم غرف الفندق، ومناطق الاسترخاء، والتدليك، والعناية بالجمال، وجميع الفضاءات المخصصة لخدمة المستخدمين، لذلك اعتمدنا ألوانًا بسيطة وأشكالًا ناعمة.كما يجب أن تكون غرف الأجنحة (Suites) مختلفة عن باقي الغرف، وقد قمنا بإعداد مخطط خاص بها. وقمنا كذلك بتحسين توزيع غرف الموظفين بشكل أدق، وتوسيع صالة الألعاب الرياضية.

we aim to be a center that provides good service, where time can be spent efficient and pleasant. we use aesthetic materials suitable for the location of the center and the climate conditions in the exterior design. while designing the exterior facade, we ordered different units as a different mass. we separate masses using brick, wood, concrete and steel. we turned the existing space into a white mass. we aim to inside vehicle and human circulations from the right places. we defined the entrances with our design. we worked carefully on environmental regulations such as main entrances, vehicle entrances, car parking areas, landscape. we maintained that it is relaxing to be relaxed, without eye looking, while organizing hotel rooms, rest, massage and beauty areas and all places serving people. that's why we prefered simple colors and soft forms. we solved the problem by removing the windows and ventilation. through this, the plan become efficient while sound and air circulation improved. the suit room should be different from other rooms. we have done the plan. we have solve staff rooms more accurate. we enlarge the gym. in brief, we started by correcting the places that we did not find right in the current project and continuously progressed with our design. we have revealed the right places where people can do their care works, where people can rest and go social.

يتميز هذا المبنى السكني الحديث المكوّن من ثلاثة طوابق بتصميمٍ بسيط وخطوط نظيفة، مع موقف سيارات مرفوع في الطابق الأرضي وشكل هندسي قوي. يستخدم مزيجًا من الكسوة الخارجية الأنيقة، وإطارات النوافذ الداكنة، والمواد الدافئة ذات الملمس في الشرفات. يعزز الإضاءة المدمجة من المظهر العصري، بينما توفر الممرات المفتوحة والهيكل المرتفع أقصى قدر من الكفاءة وتدفق الهواء الطبيعي. يُعد هذا التصميم مثاليًا للإسكان الحضري أو شبه الحضري، ويعكس الاستخدام الذكي للمساحات ومفهومًا سكنيًا لافتًا بصريًا.
