Granted a building permission! The redevelopment project in the port of Tallinn is going ahead. We expect to complete in 2029.

A new residential and commercial quarter called Talsinki will be developed by the Admiraliteedi Basin in Tallinn, with an estimated deadline of 2029 after Tallinn granted the project a building permit.

Selgusid Eesti Arhitektide Liidu aastapreemiate nominendid 2025!

EALi aastapreemiatele esitati tänavu kahes kategoorias kokku 36 objekti: arhitekti aastapreemiale 22 ja ELAMU preemiale 26.

Arhitekti aastapreemia osas tegi valiku Briti arhitekt ja kriitik Sam Jacob.

Parimad elamud valis välja žürii, kuhu kuulusid arhitektid Markus Kaasik (3+1 arhitektid), Ott Alver (Arhitekt Must) ja Kirsti Sivén (Kirsti Sivén & Asko Takala Arkkitehdit).

Preemiate võitjad tehakse teatavaks arhitektuurivaldkonna ühisel pidulikul auhinnatseremoonial Tallinna Linnateatris 14. veebruaril 2026.

Kind of old news from June. But we are happy to share that the planning for the Krulli quarter's redevelopment has got green light. We are now applying for building permit!

The Tallinn city government has approved the detailed plan for the Krulli Quarter in Põhja-Tallinn, giving the green light to redevelop the historic industrial area of the Franz Krull machine factory.
