Kristiine TORN - in the shining nightscape of Tallinn.
The architecture with it's deep black facade and delicate golden details is one of it's kind in the city.
This 20 storey building offers magnificent views of the whole of Tallinn. While standing in the greenery of Kristiine, one can enjoy views of the Old Town, Lake Ülemiste, and even the sea.
The first tower of a new highrise area has risen.

Rocca Towers cornerstone ceremony – it`s the first of four highrise apartment buildings located in Haabersti.
The 15-floor building is getting it`s full height by february and is planned to be completed in spring 2021. On top of the parkinghouse there will be a spacious leasure area with greenery and a children's playground.

Maakri Quarter

Parametric corten steel facade of parking floors in Maakri Quarter. The wave pattern is designed as open facade - the floors are ventilated naturally but with no see through to avoid car lights dazzling the windows around. The differentiation of wave pattern by floor creates optical effect of rippling water in the facade scale.
