Patio Designs Patio Designs is an architectural, interior, and furniture design studio and showroom based in Alexandria, founded in 1995 by Arch. Ahmed El Mahallawy.

In such a short time the studio's name quickly became well known and a destination for those who are looking for highly custom designed furniture and interiors. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to create fluid spaces for effortless comfort, using unique interior detailing, innovative design concepts and eye-catching furnishings to create interiors that enhance people’s lives.
