⚫INTERIOR DESIGNER
• Bachelor's degree in Interior design +3 years of experience
• ⁠3DS MAX , CAD & PS software knowledge is a must
• Strong presentation skills

⚫INTERIOR TECHNICAL DESIGNER
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Interior design +3 years of experience
• REVIT / CAD software knowledge is a must
• ⁠Good communication skills

⚫FF&E DESIGNER
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Interior design +3 years of experience
• REVIT / CAD & MS Office software knowledge is a must
• ⁠strong knowledge of materials & finishes

Work Environment :
• Working hours : 9:00 to17:00
• Days off : Friday and Saturday

We are currently seeking to hire an architectural 3D Visualizer to join our Office. Preference will be given to a qualified candidate who can demonstrate experience in the following:

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering or Fine Arts.
• Building up special designed models for architecture details
• Build and render 3D visualization for exterior designs with excellent quality

Job Requirements:

• Excellent level of proficiency with 3D Max +V-Ray/Corona - lumion - Photoshop - AutoCAD is a must
• Excellent eye for lighting, color and details
• The ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others.

We are currently seeking to hire a Technical Architect to join our office team in Alexandria. Preference will be given to a qualified candidate who can demonstrate experience in the following:

• Prepare drawings from schematic design to issue for construction.
• Compiles data, performs elementary project computations.
• Adheres to firm and project goals of excellence in design, ex*****on, and sustainability.
• Prepare contract documents including details, drawings, B.O.Q, and Specs.
• Produce amendments, addenda and bulletins.
• Performs routine area calculations according to specified standards.
