Job Description
• BIM modelling and CAD drafting support
• Assists senior staff in preparation of design development drawings. Assists in preparation of layout and draws preliminary sketches of project to present to client.
• Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications. Assists in preparation of scale drawing of details required for contract drawing.
• Personally verify the correctness and absolute accuracy of own work prior to review by the Team Leader Architect
• Provide prompt and accurate progress status reports on a regular and consistent basis to supervisor and project team members

Job Description
• Study project specs and all client requirements.
•Design for all MEP Disciplines
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings and all project engineering documents.
• Prepare technical calculations for all MEP Disciplines.
• Prepare BOQs for all required materials for the project.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Experience: 2-6 years Preferable in Engineering Consulting Companies.
• Excellent command of HAP, ELIT, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the project leader or senior engineer to create the construction documents and calculations.
-Attend coordination meetings with different disciplines, and support the team leader or senior engineer in creating meeting minutes.
- Create Revit models coordinated with architectural and structural designs.
- Assist team leader or senior engineer in measuring project progress.
- Use Autodesk Revit tools to present design and engineering solutions.

- Prepare and document calculations complete with support references to codes and standards, scan and locate in the project folder under the correct project number for future access by any member of staff
- Prepare data and QA/QC document sheets for the QA/QC reviewers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the project lead/senior engineer
- Manage activities under supervision within own field of responsibility.
- Apply technical aptitude to tasks to solve day to day problems, always willing to learn new skills.
- Use initiative to ensure work processes, procedures and systems are effective and efficient.
- Contribute to the effective functioning of the team by identifying with and participating in the attainment of team objectives, communicating and sharing knowledge.
- Build understanding of design, construction and project management concepts.
- Document all designs in accordance with requirements of design practice manuals.
