We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Tender Engineer to join our growing team supporting projects across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, and the wider Gulf region.

This role is built for someone who understands how strategy, technical coordination, and pricing intelligence come together to create competitive engineering proposals. From early-stage scope analysis and multi-discipline fee breakdowns to BOQ modeling, technical proposal writing, and Gulf market calibration, you will be part of the front line behind every opportunity.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in architectural, engineering tendering, or cost management

• Strong understanding of Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines

• Experience with Gulf market pricing and consultancy fee structures

• Advanced Excel and BOQ/pricing model skills

• Strong English communication and technical writing abilities

• Background in Architecture, Civil, or MEP Engineering

• Experience within a design consultancy environment is highly preferred

What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day site activities for structural and architectural works.
- Making sure work is executed according to drawings, specs, and schedule.
- Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitoring quality and ensuring proper QA/QC procedures are followed.
- Preparing site progress reports and supporting short-term planning.
- Supporting site safety and good housekeeping.
- Attending coordination meetings and helping resolve technical and site challenges.

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and waterproofing.
- Ability to coordinate civil, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Good reporting skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- AutoCAD / Revit knowledge is a plus.
