The Office Project was carefully designed to accommodate the movement, and needs of the people using the space. The aim was to foster an overall sense of comfort, serenity and ease.

Client-facing offices are separate from staff work spaces to minimize distractions and maintain the overall sense of calm. Clients have direct and easy access to the offices they seek, while staff move freely in their multi-functional spaces (break out areas, meeting rooms, and the creative room). Departments that work together are in close proximity to facilitate collaboration and optimize workflow.

Services and facilities (rest rooms, pantry, etc.) are central and accessible to all.

Work spaces need to get your creative juices flowing. The Office Project features a number of multi-purpose areas to encourage collaboration, a gallery of past projects and a wealth of textures and materials to act as visual cues and inspiration, and glass partitions and “scribble space” to externalize ideas, brainstorm and problem solve.

Most importantly, there is an overwhelming sense of calm. You can hear yourself think, and maintain your state of flow.

Lighting sets the mood in any space. The Office Project uses glass as a key element. Our branded partitions diffuse natural and artificial light, creating interesting geometric overlays, and dramatic multi-layered transparencies that play on elements of light and shadow.
Light fixtures are purposefully placed to serve the function of each space. They are subtle in some areas to highlight key features, focused in work areas to provide ample light, and indirect in waiting areas to be calm and soothing.

Branding is key for any business. It’s important to showcase your brand throughout your space in a way that is subtle and doesn’t overwhelm your audience. Our goal with our office was to engage the five senses in a way that complements our brand.

A bespoke scent, calming music in our common areas, smooth leather seats complemented by rugged brick accents, and visual hints of our brand identity on our glass partitions - all those elements work together to tell our story.
