Towers are not just about height — the details are what make the difference.
From façade details and bridges to the distribution of lighting, every element is executed with precision at miniature scale.
At Touch Studios, we make sure the project’s architectural identity is clearly reflected in every detail.

The realism of a maquette depends greatly on how each material is represented.
Glass, brick, stone, and metal elements all need to retain their texture, tone, and character, even at miniature scale.
At Touch Studios, we treat each material individually to preserve the authentic character of the architectural façade.

A maquette for a Cargo Village project is completely different from conventional architectural maquettes.
From clearly representing cargo buildings and loading zones to service routes and logistics infrastructure, every element needs to appear clearly and cohesively at the same scale.

Maquette lighting isn't just an aesthetic addition… It's essential to revealing its details.
At Touch Studios, we distribute the lighting precisely to highlight entrances, balconies, recesses, and façade depth, while maintaining a balanced level of illumination that keeps every detail clearly visible.
Our lighting enhances the maquette… without overpowering its details.

Coastal maquettes come with a different technical challenge: showing the transition between the buildings, the nature of the Earth, and the water features.
From sandy areas and landscaping to the shoreline, every transition requires precise treatment so the project appears with its full architectural composition.

Before installing the buildings, the site itself requires precise technical work.
From the layout and varying floor levels to the landscape boundaries, every element is executed as part of the maquette’s main composition.

When the same architectural style is repeated across several buildings, consistency becomes essential.
From façade divisions and arches to windows and openings, every repeated element needs to maintain the same proportions and details throughout the maquette.
