We are looking to hire the following positions to join our growing team💫

Senior Technical Engineer (4 - 6 Years Experience)
• Strong background in construction technical office
• Preparing shop drawings, BOQs, and material submittals
• Coordination with site and consultants

Mechanical Engineer (3 - 5 Years Experience)
• Site supervision and ex*****on of mechanical works
• Coordination with other disciplines
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and Fire alarm systems

Procurement Engineer (+3 Years Experience)
• Managing material sourcing and supplier negotiations
• Preparing RFQs, comparing offers, and issuing POs
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and vendors

*Qualifications
* Shop Drawings and BOQ knowledge.
* Expertise in Architecture
* Experience in Quantity Surveying.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering ONLY.
* Excellent Coordinator

(Procurement Officer)
*Responsibilities:
-Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
-Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
-Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to meet project requirements
-Ensure materials comply with project specifications and budgets
-Maintain procurement records and supplier database

*Requirements:-
-Experience +3 years in procurement within engineering & construction companies
-Good knowledge of construction materials and local suppliers
-Strong negotiation and communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

(Sales Representative)
*Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to grow the customer base
- Present products/services and handle customer inquiries
- Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up on leads
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports

*Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in sales (preferably in B2B/B2C)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with ability to work under pressure
