Using unique and new methodologies, “Tazyeen” strives to enhance the skills and abilities of those talented young artists along with paint masters and artisans, that in turn leads us to a positive impact on both personal and community development. “Tazyeen” has three main objectives for the coming period, based on the direct needs of the Egyptian
society, after conducting an intense and comprehens
ive research we emphasized on these three areas:
- Artistic Training
- Vocational Training
- Community development and upgrading slums
Our Target
- Young talented artists studying art as a profession either in the faculty of fine arts or applied arts.
- Young painters (technicians) who have fulfilled a minimum level of High school education.
- Master or senior painters (must have high school education) and artisans.
- House wives who want to learn a new craft (like art painting, drawing, develop artistic taste and how to understand art).
- Teaching children the Arts and Design to develop an artistic taste, and also prepare senior students for Artistic Colleges and Art Schools.
- Developing skills of both graduates and post graduates to match the requirements of the current competitive market by improving both their physical and esthetical standard of living.
- Provision of needed vocational training with all its elements to narrow the gap between the graduate’s skills and those skills needed to enter the work force.(employability)
"تزيين" تم إنشائها كمؤسسه غير حكومية غير هادفة للربح في ابريل عام ٢٠١١, بهدف تقديم التدريب المكثف للفنانين الشباب الموهوبين والحرفيين في مصر.
فكرة وايدولوجية تزيين تقوم على التوازن بين الخبرة الفنية العملية, والمعرفة النظرية. جميع البرامج المقدمة في تزيين تشجع المهارات التحليلية ومهارات الإدراك الحسي, هذا بالاضافة الى المهارات المهنية العامة.
تقوم برامج الفن في تزيين بتعليم فلسفة المهارات الواسعة في المجالات المختلفة, التي اصبحت أشياء مهمة للفنانين والحرفيين سواء
اهداف تزيين
لدي تزيين ثلاثة اهداف رئيسية في الفترة الحالية بناء على الاحتياجات المباشرة للمجتمع المصري, وبعد اجراء بحث مكثف وشامل تكشف ضرورة التركيز على هذه الموضوعات الثلاث :
1. التدريب الفني
2. التدريب المهني
3. تنمية المجتمع والارتقاء بالعشوائيات والأحياء الفقيرة
من نستهدف:
1. الفنانين الشباب الموهوبين الذين يدرسون الفن كمهنة سواء في كليات الفنون الجميلة او الفنون التطبيقية
2. عاملي الطلاء الشباب الذين حققوا حد ادني من التعليم الثانوي
3. عاملي الطلاء المحترفين والذي يتوجب حصولهم على تعليم ثانوي والحرفيين
4. ربات البيوت اللاتي يردن تعلم حرفة جديدة كفن الطلاء او الرسم او حتى تنمية حسهم الفني وتعلم كيفية فهم الفن.
5. الاطفال الذين يريدون تعلم الفن والتصميم لتنمية الحس الفني وايضا تحضير الطلبة للدخول لكليات الفنون او المدارس الفنية.
6. تطوير مهارات الخريجين وطلاب الدراسات العليا ليناسبوا متطلبات السوق التنافسي الحالي عبر تحسين مستوى معيشتهم الجمالي والمادي
7. توفير التدريب المهني بكل عناصره لتضييق الفجوة بين مهارات الخريجين والمهارات المطلوبة لدخول سوق العمل.
