They are responsible for putting together the academic aspect of the programs for child development.They work extensively to come up with all aspects of the program , events , values and skills in clearly defined themes. In other words , ACs come up with the action plan .
2.Human Resources(HR)
This department is the backbone of SEED. They are responsible for providing support in the various
human resource functions which include : recruitment , members training and development , the overall club morale, advice and assistance and monitor the members performance. They are crucial in implementing policies regarding the effective use of members in SEED.
3.Public relations (PR)
This department is about managing SEED's reputation. They are the representing FACE of the club. They foster the club's community relations.They provide sponsors, organize fundraising and/or campaigns ( if there are any ) .They work closely with the university administration to facilitate the events.They answer the inquiries from media , other individuals and clubs/organizations.
4.Organizing Committee (OC):
This department is all about organizing. They organize everything starting from time plans to members roles. They prepare club members' free schedules, distribute the roles on members on booth days, and usher sessions & events.
5.Media and IT (MIT)
This department is responsible for the photo-documentation of all the club's major events and sessions.They use all social media platforms to reach out to the members , SEED friends and non-seeder students on a regular basis . One of the main social media, being the Seed Facebook group , in which they should photo-blog SEED related posts , in terms of child development and seed latest events and announcements.
6.Decorations
This department brings events and sessions and meetings to life . They should create a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment. They make sketches of their decorating ideas in advance.
