نتابع بقلق بالغ إجراءات زيادة رأس مال شركة يوتن مصر للدهانات، والتي أدت إلى تخفيف حصة صندوق معاشات نقابة المهندسين المصرية، دون تمكينه من الاكتتاب بما يحفظ نسبته وقيمة استثمارته.
وإذ يمثل الصندوق مئات الآلاف من شيوخ المهندسين والأرامل والأيتام، فإن تعريض استثماراته لخطر التآكل أو ضياع مليارات الجنيهات أمر غير مقبول، ويثير تساؤلات جدية حول الالتزام بمبادئ العدالة وتكافؤ الفرص بين المساهمين.
وعليه، نطالب بتمكين الصندوق فوراً من الاكتتاب في حصته العادلة، وتصحيح أي آثار ترتبت على هذه الإجراءات، بما يحفظ الحقوق ويصون الثقة.

Dear Sirs,
We are following with deep concern the capital increase actions undertaken at Jotun Egypt for Paints, which have resulted in the dilution of the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate Pension Fund’s share, without enabling it to subscribe in a manner that preserves its ownership percentage and the value of its investment.
As the Fund represents hundreds of thousands of elderly engineers, widows, and orphans, exposing its investments to the risk of erosion or the loss of billions of Egyptian pounds is unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding compliance with the principles of fairness and equal opportunity among shareholders.
Accordingly, we call for the immediate enabling of the Fund to subscribe to its fair share, and for the rectification of any consequences arising from these actions, in a manner that safeguards rights and preserves trust.
