AWTAD departments consist of highly qualified designers and coordinators with vast variance in design directions and executing the projects from preliminary design to site supervision phase. Architectural Design Department:
Responsible for all design related projects concerning issuing the Imagineering, Conceptual and Schematic phases for various architectural projects introducing remarkable designers reflecting various design styles and aspects. Interior Design Department:
Leveraging the power of design to create a better world, AWTAD sees design as strategy in action, focused on results. We help them leverage design’s power to generate innovative solutions that effect real transformation. Urban and Landscape Department:
Operating landscape and urban planning between infrastructure, urbanism and ecology, while upholding the concepts of sustainability AWTAD department of L&UP undergo innovative designs for city and clusters planning and also landscape design on both vectors of public and private sectors with respect to professionalism and upholding the main directive of customer satisfaction and exceeding customers expectations. Our projects vary from Urban and city planning, urban re-development, new urban planning concepts, tourism development planning and community planning and also Sustainable & Environmental Design. Technical Department:
The Technical Phase is sometimes called Working Drawings (WD) Phase. It entails finalizing the architectural design of the project by the Architectural Design Team under the management of the PM and in coordination with other engineering consultants. The department consists of various professional introducing the technical side of projects handling the issuing of Design Development, Final Design and Tender Documents packages with AWTAD’s quality standards.
