Project Manager – Fit-Out | Modern Interiors !

Modern Interiors is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong background in fit-out and finishing projects to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the ex*****on of interior and fit-out projects from start to handover.

Coordinate between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies on-site.

Manage procurement and technical submissions in coordination with other departments.

Prepare and review project reports, schedules, and variation requests.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in fit-out project management.

Proven experience in handling high-end commercial, corporate, or hospitality interior projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent knowledge of project planning tools, contracts, and site management practices.

Immediate availability preferred.
