SENIOR LEVEL (5–8 Years)
Position 1: Working Architect Design Architect
Position 2: Design Architect
Experience: 5–8 years professional experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design and technical development of projects from concept through construction
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and regulatory bodies
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Oversee quality control and ensure design intent is maintained throughout
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture
Proven experience in project leadership and client communication
Strong proficiency in software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds max, Corona)
Exceptional design thinking and problem-solving ability
