🏛️ Wingeat Sales Office | RAMM ARCHITECTS

Location: Fifth Settlement (New Cairo).

Area: 125 Meters.

Client:

Ex*****on Year: 2021.

Cost: 2 Million EGP.

Design Style: Modern Minimalism / Deconstructivism.

In this project, we at RAMM ARCHITECTS aimed to redefine the traditional standards of sales offices. Our philosophy focused on “Clarity and Boldness,” achieved through the integration of sharp lines and irregular geometric angles. This is most prominent in the marble reception counter, designed as a sculptural focal point that reflects the strength and stability of the brand.

We utilized frameless glass partitions to create an open-plan environment that promotes transparency with clients while leveraging slanted ceilings and high volumes to offer a sense of spaciousness that exceeds the actual footprint. The linear lighting was not merely functional; it served as an architectural tool to define the space and highlight the contrast between concrete and white surfaces, creating a sophisticated modern experience worthy of a leading real estate firm in the heart of New Cairo.

We are proud to share our design proposal for the Hometown Developments Sales Office in the heart of Assiut. Spanning over 400 sqm, the design was crafted to strike a perfect balance between the warmth of parametric wood fins and the bold strength of concrete, creating an unforgettable customer journey from the very first step.

We created a compelling visual harmony through the deliberate contrast between the massive, dark-toned vertical volume and the smooth, light-colored horizontal surfaces.
