Finally at the same house... The bathroom floor. There are many more photos I could share of the other bits and bobs I did, but I think you get the general idea that I have been busy. This house was an experience and a challenge all round, but worth it in the end. I wish my clients many happy years there.

This is the same house from over the Summer. The next part of the job was to prepare, repair and paint the roof terrace. When that was completed the next stage was to tile it and finish the tops of the walls with tiles. It's now a water tight and beautiful place to sit and star gaze.

It's been a productive Summer, I have been fully renovating an old Spanish house. My page has been quiet, but I have been busy and finally the job is done. Over the next few days I will be posting what was achieved with a lot of sweat and hard work in the temperatures we have had this year.

Initially I repaired and painted the exterior and then other contractors changed the windows and doors.

Here is another job recently completed job. This particular one had to be dug out and re concreted first as the ground was unstable. Now everything is solid, re tiled and looking amazing. Thanks to the lovely couple for trusting me with this job.
