We are looking for a solar panel installer to join the ENERA team.
We need someone who isn’t afraid of heights and is prepared for physical work on rooftops. You must live in the Altea or Benidorm area, within a radius of approximately 25 km.
You’ll also need the necessary documents to work legally in Spain, a driving licence and genuine driving experience, as there are journeys between sites almost every day. English language proficiency at B1 level or above is required, as we work with clients who do not all speak Russian. You must be aged under 40 and weigh under 90 kg. The weight restriction is due to the nature of the work on tiled roofs.
We particularly value experience of working at height and the ability to use a professional safety harness system. If you are able to work independently and safely with safety equipment, this experience will be remunerated additionally. Experience in electric welding would also be an advantage.
Pay is piecework-based, above market rates, plus a formal contract. If you do not meet the basic requirements, please do not apply. This will save time for both you and us.
