Set within one of Beirut’s most densely built areas, this rooftop was envisioned as a tropical sanctuary that contrasts with its urban surroundings. The design integrates abundant greenery with carefully curated furniture, where textures and colors were deliberately selected and coordinated to establish visual harmony. The result is a space that balances nature and architecture, offering a refined environment for retreat, disconnection, and calm above the city.

Beit Saifi in Beirut’s charming neighborhood; Saifi known for its historic architecture, trendy boutiques, and vibrant street art, embraces a timeless design aesthetic with a neutral color palette, creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere. Amidst the subtle tones, carefully placed accents offer glimpses of vibrant colors, infusing the space with a touch of playful elegance.
Nestled amidst the bustling city, Saifi Apartment offers a unique blend of contemporary urban living.
The primary cinematic focus extends outward, capturing the city’s iconic landmarks; The Mohammad Al-Amin Mosque and the Saint-Georges Maronites Cathedral,
particularly during the mesmerizing Beirut sunsets. Inspired by these scenic moments, we envisioned a circular geometric design embodied by flowing curtains gracefully draping over these landmarks, aiming to recreate the gentle ambiance of day’s end.

The number one collectible store in the MENA region Legends Own The Game offers a truly distinguished and interactive presence that transcends traditional retail experiences.
As you step inside, you're greeted by curtains inspired by the iconic Christo and Jeanne-Claude, setting the stage for a unique experience. It's an experimental journey filled with moments of veiling and unveiling, visibility and invisibility, sparking curiosity and discovery. The inner child within visitors awakens through a theatrical atmosphere, complete with a mesmerizing luminous box that changes colors to match various activities like item signings and launches. Above, a sky illustration draws inspiration from James Turrell alluding to the Stadium setting, creating a sense of collective gathering and limitless opportunities.
The store fosters inclusivity, making you feel like you belong to something greater. Messages throughout the displays aim to forge intimate connections with clients, and transaction spaces are strategically designed to attract and retain customers.
The crowning jewel of the store is the vault, covered in red velvet and inspired by the enigmatic world of Twin Peaks, where the focus is on discovery and mystery.

The materials and textures are inspired by the traditional Middle Eastern architecture but interpreted in a modern way; like the big sized marbled terrazzo flooring, the limewash effect on the walls, and the oak wooden cabinets and wall display holding handmade Glass Ibriks (old water containers).

Sergio, a young entrepreneur from Africa, has always dreamed of having a peaceful retreat in his homeland, Lebanon. He envisioned a place where he could unwind and reconnect with nature, which led him to create Maison Immersive.

To bring the outdoors inside, we incorporated various elements of nature into the design, including an open plan layout, large windows, and earthy materials and colors. The choice of colors was inspired by the cycle of the five elements, where water controls fire (represented by blue and red), fire controls metal (represented by metal), metal controls wood (represented by wood), wood controls earth (represented by green and plants), and earth controls water.

Maison Immersive is not just a vacation home, but a place where Sergio can feel at one with nature and immerse himself in its beauty.
