Architecture that connects.
Making different buildings feel as though they have always been one.
In this project, two industrial buildings of different origins and morphologies are transformed into a single continuous space, capable of accommodating a new use while respecting the structural logic of each.
Beyond the structural consolidation, the intervention also redefines the building's relationship with the city. Three small façades, distributed across different edges of the block, come together to create a unified identity: integrated into its urban context while expressing its commercial purpose.
Because architecture is also about finding unity where there was once fragmentation.

Arquitectura que conecta.
Hacer que edificios distintos parezcan haber sido siempre uno.
En este proyecto, la intervención transforma dos naves de diferente naturaleza y morfología en un único espacio continuo, capaz de responder a un nuevo uso sin renunciar a la lógica constructiva de cada una.
Más allá de la consolidación estructural, el proyecto resuelve también su relación con la ciudad. Tres fachadas de pequeña dimensión, repartidas en distintos frentes de la manzana, pasan a construir una identidad común: integrada en el entorno y, al mismo tiempo, reconocible desde su vocación comercial.
Porque la arquitectura también consiste en encontrar unidad donde antes había fragmentación.
