Curved seating compositions, layered textiles and integrated greenery introduce subtle references to Chinese symbolism, shaping the cultural atmosphere of the interior.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team!

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Barcelona. The Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, providing both administrative and customer service support.

The main responsibilities include:

- Provide in-person and telephone assistance to clients, suppliers, and collaborators

- Manage the team’s calendar, including coordinating meetings and site visits

- Welcome and accompany clients in the studio, ensuring a professional and cordial experience

- Provide information about the studio, its team members, and the services offered

- Receive visitors, identify the purpose of their visit, and guide or direct them to the appropriate person or area

- Provide general administrative support for day-to-day tasks

- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and external service providers

- Maintain order, organization, and a positive image of the workspace and office area

The Receptionist will act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency and a welcoming environment within the studio.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus

- Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers

- Proven expertise in administrative assistance and office management, including organizing schedules, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency

- Experience with office equipment, including troubleshooting basic issues and ensuring proper maintenance

- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools

- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience in creative environments or interior design studios is particularly valued
