How do you transform an icon without losing what makes it iconic?

For the transformation of Caldea’s Gran Llacuna, we worked from what was already there, preserving its essence while rethinking the experience around it.

From the complexity of the construction to the softness of the final space, every decision was made to create a more fluid relationship between architecture, water, light, nature and people.

Because for us, architecture and interior design are not only about how a space looks.

They are about how it makes people feel.

This is how we elevate people’s lifestyle through architecture and interior design.

By opening up the floor plan and layering warm oak, plaster vaults, bespoke slatted millwork, and custom organic forms, we turned a dark, compartmentalized layout into a bright, intentional home in Turó Park, Barcelona.

Take a look into at the social areas of our hospitality project in Dakar, The One Hotel.

Across the Restaurant, Gym and Spa, each material was carefully selected not only for its aesthetic qualities, but for the atmosphere and experience it creates.

From architecture to interior design, materiality becomes the element that connects every space at The One Hotel in Dakar.

The Restaurant.

Aged bronze adds warmth, depth and subtle richness to the Restaurant, creating a more intimate and immersive atmosphere.

The Gym.

Natural stone brings durability, calm and continuity to the Gym, grounding the space in a timeless material language.

The Spa.

Fluted glass balances privacy and openness, filtering natural light while preserving a connection with the city.
