Paying 20€ to ANYONE (past client or not) who refers someone to me resulting in a job of 100€ or more! It’s that easy.

Step One: Help a friend. (Refer them to a capable handyman who values there time and money as much as they do)

Step Two: Help yourself. (I PAY YOU 20€ if the referral leads to a job totaling 100€ or more!!!)

HI EVERYONE!!!

First off, I'd like to welcome you to my page and thank you for joining. I have had a lot of people message me asking about pricing so I’d like to provide some information on my billing and pricing practices.

1) I do not give estimates over the phone or through emails. I do welcome pictures of the project however I find that pictures very seldom convey certain aspects that may be very important to the determination of how a job should best be completed.

2) I charge a 20€ fee to stop by a home and see the project in person to better create an estimate. This is to be sure I can assess exactly what the job entails and what materials may be needed to perform any work. This fee is however deducted from the total bill if a you decide to hire me after the consultation.

3) If a client chooses to hire me I do require an upfront deposit equal to the costs of any materials needed to complete the job. This is just a way of protecting myself in the event I complete a job and the client tries to avoid paying the invoice. (Unfortunately this has happened in the past.) I do however provide receipts for all materials and never up-charge. What I pay for materials is what my clients pay.

4) If there are any large materials needed for the job being performed I DO NOT own a vehicle currently so I can not transport these items unfortunately. However I am more than happy to help arrange transportation and delivery for you at no charge for my time. You simply pay the delivery service their fee.

5) I only charge for work performed. My price is ALWAYS a flat rate for job completion which is based upon what work is entailed regardless of hours worked.

6) I do take last minute service calls whenever they do not conflict with existing jobs at no extra charge and I am available 24/7 if needed for emergency calls for a nominal cost from the hours of 24:00-7:00.

7) CANCELLATIONS are free as long as you contact me 24 hours prior to the start date and time when possible. In the event you do not cancel prior to 24 hours (other than last minute calls of course) I charge 10% of the total job cost previously agreed upon. This is ensure that I can schedule other clients for the time I had allotted originally to complete your contract.

8 ) RESCHEDULING is free if you do so 24 hours prior the my scheduled arrival time. If you do not reschedule before this window I charge a 20€ reschedule fee.

FINALLY MY PROMISE TO YOU, MY CLIENTS!!

+I promise to never under any circumstance other than an emergency fail to show up within our scheduled time window.
++I will always make every attempt possible to notify you ahead of time through all means of contact information I have for you.

+I promise I will never misrepresent my abilities or skill level.
++I will NEVER take a job I believe I am not capable or skilled enough to complete.

+I promise to always treat your home and any family or guests within it as I would treat my own.
++I pride myself in being both friendly and professional and want you to feel comfortable with me being in your home during the time I am working on your project.

+I promise to stand behind my work.
++If there is ever a problem with any work I have performed which is deemed to be caused by me whether accidentally or not I will perform any necessary work to rectify the problem at no charge.
+++If an issue occurs as a result of a defective product or some other issue outside of my control, I will gladly help resolve the issue in regards to possible exchanges or returns and replace or repair any complications which may arise as a result of the defective product at a discounted rate.
