Hi, I am offering group cooking lessons in Indian, Thai and Chinese cuisine. Organic food in Cadiz 🌺

After three months of being away, we had our first class of the year in Algodonales with this beautiful group of enthusiastic cooks. We had a lovely time and the rain held off for us.

We made some Thai and Vietnamese dishes

Mango salad with prawns

Banh xeo ( rice flour crepe with prawns, pork and veg)

and chicken yellow curry with Rice.

A wonderful class with regulars this Sunday. The menu was greatly appreciate by our participants. A mix of different cuisines ❤️

We made

Thai rice noodles with lime, herbs with prawns
Chinese sticky sesame chicken
And Indian payesh (rice pudding)
