🌿 Ca La Siesta, un hogar pensado para respirar calma.

Desde el inicio, nuestro objetivo en este proyecto fue claro: crear una vivienda bajo estándar Passivhaus, utilizando materiales saludables y reduciendo al máximo la huella de carbono del edificio.

El resultado es la primera vivienda certificada Passivhaus en Jávea. Su estructura y cerramientos de hormigón celular, aislamientos de corcho natural y fibras de madera, junto con acabados a la cal y suelos de piedra natural, crean interiores que transmiten calma, confort y equilibrio.

Espacios que invitan a bajar el ritmo, descansar y disfrutar de una forma de vivir más consciente. 🏡✨

🌿 Ca La Siesta, a home designed to breathe calm.

From the very beginning, our goal for this project was clear: to create a house built to the Passivhaus standard, using healthy materials and reducing the building’s carbon footprint as much as possible.

The result is the first certified Passivhaus home in Jávea. Its structure and walls made of aerated concrete, insulation with natural cork and wood fibers, along with lime finishes and natural stone flooring, create interiors that convey calm, comfort, and balance.

Spaces designed to slow down, rest, and enjoy a more conscious way of living. 🏡✨

✨ Casa Ferdinand: diseño, confort y eficiencia en equilibrio

En este proyecto de reforma integral y ampliación, transformamos una vivienda unifamiliar en un hogar donde arquitectura mediterránea, confort contemporáneo y eficiencia energética conviven en armonía 🌿

El exterior se redefine con un paisajismo cuidado, incorporando especies autóctonas, recorridos naturales y zonas de sombra que dialogan con el entorno. La piscina se rediseña completamente, adaptándose al nuevo lenguaje arquitectónico y a la forma de vivir de la familia.

En el interior, los materiales naturales como el barro manual y los microcementos aportan calidez, textura y autenticidad, combinándose con soluciones técnicas avanzadas: ventilación mecánica con filtrado de aire, aerotermia y sistema SATE para un aislamiento óptimo.

El resultado es una vivienda atemporal, donde diseño y tecnología se unen para crear un hogar que no solo se ve bien… sino que se siente mejor 🏡

In this full renovation and extension project, we transformed a single-family home into a space where Mediterranean architecture, contemporary comfort, and energy efficiency coexist in perfect harmony 🌿

The exterior is reimagined with thoughtful landscaping, incorporating native plants, natural pathways, and shaded areas that interact seamlessly with the surroundings. The existing pool has been completely redesigned to match the new architectural language and the family’s lifestyle.

Inside, natural materials like hand-applied clay and microcement bring warmth, texture, and authenticity, complemented by advanced technical solutions: mechanical ventilation with air filtration, aerothermal heating and cooling, and a SATE system for optimal insulation.

The result is a timeless home where design and technology come together to create a space that doesn’t just look beautiful… it feels even better 🏡

🌺 Casa Buganvilla, un festival para los sentidos

Ubicada en una parcela excepcional con vistas únicas, esta vivienda invita a recorrerla sin prisa, descubriendo cada rincón paso a paso.

Su diseño y interiorismo cuidan cada detalle: madera, cal, piedra y barro artesanal se combinan para ofrecer una forma de vivir más sencilla, lenta y conectada con lo esencial, lejos del ruido y de las pantallas.

La rehabilitación supuso todo un reto: limitaciones de altura, integración de suelo radiante, climatización, ventilación y domótica, junto con una mejora integral en eficiencia energética. Gracias al aislamiento exterior, carpinterías de madera de Iroko y protecciones solares, la vivienda alcanza un consumo casi nulo pese a sus más de 40 años de antigüedad.

Tradición, técnica y sensibilidad se unen para dar una nueva vida a Casa Buganvilla 🏡✨

🌺 Casa Buganvilla, a festival for the senses

Set on an exceptional plot with unique views, the home invites you to explore it step by step, corner by corner.

Its architecture and interior design combine wood, lime, stone, and handcrafted clay to create a slower, simpler way of living, away from noise and screens.

The renovation faced challenges such as height restrictions, underfloor heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and home automation, alongside a full energy-efficiency upgrade. External insulation, Iroko wood window frames, and solar protection bring the home close to nearly zero energy consumption despite being over 40 years old.

Tradition, technology, and sensitivity combine to give Casa Buganvilla a new life 🏡✨

Ella es arquitecta graduada en Colombia, con un Máster en Diseño de Interiores en Valencia y un reciente Máster en Bioconstrucción en el IEB 🌿

Se incorporó al equipo en 2025 y se centra en proyectos de reforma integral y en interiorismo, aportando su mirada creativa y holística a cada espacio que diseñamos.

Apasionada por la naturaleza, el yoga, la música y los rituales que le conectan con la vida, María Angélica combina técnica y sensibilidad para que cada hogar sea único y equilibrado 🏡✨
