I haven’t posted about this beauty yet….absolutely stunning views on Beach Drive. Architecture is coming along….that roof though! Exposed parallams! 😍

After much deliberation, our clients decided to go with the shed roof! I think it plays nicely with the other flat roofs of the design and each sets them off one another. This is the SW view this time around. Sits on top of a hill on 30 acres overlooking a lake on the south side and lagoon on the north side. Very happy with how the floor plan and form came together. We have some work to do with the landscape modelling but the architecture is shining! #
