Esta vivienda se localiza en una muy compleja parcela en la Urbanización Altea Hills. Disponiendo de unas vistas impresionantes a la bahía de Altea así como de una magnífica orientación Sur, lo que implica su disposición a un más que buen soleamiento. La complejidad se resume en la importante y variable topografía existente a la que, por normativa municipal nos hemos tenido que adaptar para conseguir una magnífica integración de la vivienda en el entorno. Las múltiples formas variables de las curvas de nivel nos han obligado a romper la ortogonalidad en el diseño de la vivienda y en realizar unas líneas atrevidas, arbitrarias en algunos casos, de tal manera que se pueda conseguir una composición arquitectónica valiente, diferente, exclusiva y estéticamente agradable. Algo que creo que hemos conseguido. Asimismo, dada la inversión a realizar, teníamos que tener en cuenta que el mayor número de dependencias de la vivienda dispusiera de esas mencionadas vistas, algo que también se ha conseguido, pues absolutamente todas ellas recaen y van a poder disfrutarlas. Los accesos y circulación interna se intensifican en el centro de gravedad de la fachada, recayendo a la misma una escalera multiforme que conforma una “promenade arquitectónica”, permitiendo disfrutar de diferentes perspectivas de vista según se transita en ella entre plantas. El esfuerzo y la larga tarea ha merecido la pena y, después de mucho análisis, bocetos y trabajo exhaustivo, hemos conseguido una villa exclusiva totalmente diferente a las del entorno.
