PROJECT 2/24, nearly finished. A combination of sandy and rusty colors

We start the new year in a modest way with the last project in our row of ‘12 under construction next year’.
This concerns the complete makeover of a 2-storey penthouse at the top edge of Marbella.
Once again a privileged location on the one hand close to the vibrant beach clubs, on the other hand with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and la Cocha, the shell-shaped mountain that dominates the area.
The interior will be completely renovated with rich materials (walnut wood, green marble and fumed glass) and designer furniture.
Coming weeks we will show you the progress on the various building sites starting from splitting rocks and excavating 12 m deep foundation pits up to the installation of custom made furniture.
Various materials will be showed, but always without excess and in function of the architectural resources available to us : space, light and the dialogue with the spectacular landscape and rich heritage of Andalusia.

We are glad to show you our project BD a little closer. This Villa is surrounded by nature with splendid views to the golfcourse of the Marbella Golf & Country club, the sea and La Co**ha, the mountain above Marbella. The composition of open and closed volumes in elementary materials as concrete, natural stone and aluminium results in a particularly fascinating living environment.
