Believe it or not…
This is a variation of a Spanish Omelette I have never heard off and it is delicious!!!
The regular potato omelette. (Go to my YouTube channel under this name and see my clip in how to cook it).
Then a layer of smoked salmon on top and a drip of EVOO with black truffle infused!!
Marvelous!!!

A “kind of” detox salad for tonight.
1 avocado
1 mashed tomato
1 hard boiled egg
A few olives.

Fried calamari is one of my favourite foods. Just a squeeze of lemon over it, a cold beer, and the joy to savor them. In TARRAGONA, Spain, I had one of the best I’ve had while sorrounded by history. Important site when the Roman Empire. Know more about this place here⬇️⬇️… and bon appetite!!
