Narrative III

Interior Refurbishment – C. Cáceres 13, Madrid.

Concluding this exploration of three refurbishments that connect along the same narrative and geographical line in the center of Madrid, the final project unfolds on Cáceres Street, where the concept of transformation reaches its most refined expression.

Here, the intervention focuses on space, functionality, light, proportion, and the dialogue between color and materiality.

Each space was conceived to coexist harmoniously with its surroundings embracing functionality without losing warmth, and allowing architecture to breathe through simplicity.

This final refurbishment concludes the series, revealing a continuous narrative of adaptation, rhythm, and spatial identity that unites the three interventions as a cohesive whole within Madrid’s urban fabric.

Interior Refurbishment In the heart of Madrid, on Caballero de Gracia Street, we connected three interior remodeling proposals, offering different scenarios and new ways of inhabiting the city.

Yellow, the chosen color par excellence, becomes the guiding thread that transforms materiality into well-being, bringing warmth and continuity to the spaces.

The proposal seeks to address a new type of user, in which the home functions as an extension of the workplace, where environments are integrated through furniture.

The project aims to respond to current realities by transforming a reduced space into a multifunctional and pleasant place to live.

This project is more than just an optician’s shop, it’s a space that transforms into a carefully designed stage, created to welcome, embrace, and make anyone who enters want to stay.

Amid warm volumes and a palette that balances terracotta tones with deeper shades, every detail seems to say: “you’re invited.”

Here, architecture doesn’t simply fulfill a function it offers an experience.

A gentle gesture that turns waiting into a pause, a consultation into a conversation, and a purchase into a moment of contemplation.

An atmosphere built with intention.
A place where looking and being seen, is part of the landscape.
