Osa 2: aticon toinen kerros pitää sisällään kolme makuuhuonetta, käytävän lisäksi kaksi vessaa ja kattoterassin. Portaikkoon tuli jykevä puukaideseinämä. Kaikki uusiksi ulko-ovia myöten.

Part 2: The second floor of the attic contains three bedrooms, a hallway, two bathrooms, and a roof terrace. The staircase has a sturdy wooden railing. Everything has been renovated, including the exterior doors.

Osa 1: Kaksi kerroksinen Atico huoneiston kokonaisvaltainen uudistaminen.

Alakerrassa oli kaksi vessaa, olohuone, keittiö, makuuhuone sekä kaksi terassiparveketta. Tila muuttuu yhdeksi kodinhoito huoneeksi, isoksi olohuoneeksi ja avoimeksi keittiöksi kahdella terassi parvekkeella. Joista toisen ovea siirrettiin jotta keittiö mahtui uudelle paikalleen.

Part 1: Complete renovation of a two-story Atico apartment.

The ground floor had two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and two terrace balconies. The space is transformed into a utility room, a large living room and an open kitchen with two terrace balconies. The door of one of them was moved to accommodate the kitchen in its new location.

It's been quiet here. but there's been a lot of work in progress. Sauna projects, kitchen projects, roof terrace projects, painting projects. a complete renovation project of the penthouse. Here are some pictures of them and more detailed posts when I have time.

Sauna and terrace, the heater is gas-powered. And i was so surpriced how good that worked. And it heated sauna really fast!

Outside IS little under Construction but ofcourse the sauna had a trial run already 😀
