When you have 20 participants at the same event, the final hours of installation can easily turn into a race against the clock 🕘
With a modular cardboard system, around 90% of the setup can be completed before the participants arrive. That leaves the team free to focus on what really makes the difference: installing graphics and banners, adjusting each space, handling last-minute requests and making sure every exhibitor is properly looked after ❤️.
For the 3rd World Congress of Age-Friendly Cities and Communities, held at the Kursaal in San Sebastián, we solved most of the infrastructure in advance with display panels, counters, tables, chairs, trees and different booth configurations. Everything came together as one coherent exhibition landscape.
And once the event was over, all the elements were dismantled, stored and prepared to be reused at future editions
