The customers wanted a sunroom built off of their top bedroom, so a wall was knocked though, step added and electrics moved. Both sunroom and bedroom were then tiled throughout.

The bedroom will become a further sitting room with a small kitchenette.

Bathroom refit - bath out, ´shampoo´ shelf build, shower base added, additional plumbing and all re-tiled.

Kitchen reform - old breakfast bar and arch wall demolished, electrics moved, walls made good and rendered to match existing.
